1.What is an electronic cigarette?

Used by adult smokers who prefer a vaping experience, e-cigarettes are battery powered electronic devices which hold a liquid that normally contains nicotine unless you buy our zero-nicotine strength. There is no combustion, so the user inhales the liquid’s vapour, rather than smoke. Although the nicotine is derived from tobacco, e-cigarettes do not contain tobacco.

Yes, when the vapour delivers addictive substances. Vuse E-liquids contain nicotine which is a highly addictive substance.

4.Why am I experiencing low vapour production?

There are several reasons why your vape device may be producing less vapour than normal, including:

Drained battery

This is the most common reason why your vape device is producing less vapour. Replace it with a fully charged battery.

Device needs priming

Before using your vape device, take a few short draws on the mouthpiece. This will soak the wick in e-liquid and allow your vape device to produce vapour to its full capacity.

Poor connection

Remove the pod and check the bottom to ensure that it is dry. Turn it back to front and reinsert.

5.Why is my vape device hot?

If you use your vape too much in a short period of time, it can become hot. If you notice this, stop using the vape for a few minutes to allow it to cool down.

It is important that your device is turned off when not in use as prolonged activation when not inhaling can cause the device to over heat due to lack of air flow.

6.How to Take Care of your E-cigarette Batteries

Most e-cigarette devices contain either an internal or external battery which powers the device, although some do have rechargeable batteries.

E-cigarettes are designed to be used every day, which means they need certain batteries that can cope with the usage and power output required.

It’s essential that you take care of your battery as these can become dangerous if they are damaged.

Below are a few tips on how to take care of your e-cigarette batteries.

7.What is PG/VG?

8.What mix of PG/VG should I get?

PG/VG mix is very subjective depending on the person. More PG mix is going to produce less smoke and is thinner, whereas more VG will give you more smoke and is thicker. Our standard mix is 50/50 PG/VG. If you are unsure we recommend going with our standard 50/50 mix.
